Job summary

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified Accident and Emergency nurse to provide patient-centered care in alignment with regulatory standards. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure clinical excellence and safety, while contributing to a positive patient experience and continuous staff development.

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with BLS/ACLS/PALS. Minimum two years in own country; UAE experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Valid BLS, ACLS and PALS certification.
• At least two years of nursing experience in the applicant's country.
• Experience as an Accident and Emergency nurse is preferred; UAE experience beneficial.

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team per clinical standards and relevant legislation.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence based nursing care by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential: At least two years in own country

Desired: At least three years of recent or current experience working as an Accident and Emergency Nurse in a hospital setting

Desired:UAE experience would be beneficial
