Job summary

M42 Ltd. is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care across our outpatient clinics in Abu Dhabi.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with a valid DOH license or eligibility, 1–3 years of outpatient experience, and demonstrated leadership and critical thinking in demanding environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Valid DOH license or eligibility.
  • 1–3 years of outpatient nursing experience.
  • Proven leadership and team-leading ability.
  • Strong critical-thinking and decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate efficient patient flow in outpatient settings.
  • Perform nursing assessments, vital signs, venipuncture, specimen collection, and med administration.
  • Document assessments and outcomes in Cerner EMR promptly.
  • Support physicians and allied health professionals during consultations and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with M42 policies and infection control standards.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology, and RCM for coordinated care.
  • Participate in quality improvement, incident reporting, and equipment management.

Imperial College London Diabetes & Endocrine Centre (ICLDEC) is a global leader in diabetes and endocrine treatment, education and research. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care, supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey, and contributing to positive clinical outcomes in a multidisciplinary environment. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate efficient patient flow to ensure a seamless outpatient experience and effective clinic operations.
  • Perform nursing assessments and clinical procedures within scope of practice, including vital signs monitoring, venipuncture, specimen collection, and medication administration.
  • Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record (Cerner) in a timely manner.
  • Support physicians and allied health professionals during consultations, examinations, and outpatient procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with M42 policies, infection prevention and control standards, patient safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide patient and family education on treatment plans, medications, procedures, and follow-up care instructions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), to support coordinated patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, incident reporting, and the effective management of clinical supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Valid medical license or eligibility from Department of Health (DOH).
  • 1-3 years experience in an Outpatient Setting.
  • Proven leadership and team lead experience.
  • Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
