Job summary

A healthcare provider in the UAE is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care to patients in various conditions. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing support to clients and their families. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s in Nursing, relevant certifications, and 2-5 years of experience. This position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and families. An active nursing license for the UAE is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited school.
  • 2 to 5 years of working experience as RN.
  • Current valid registration in country of training or last employment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare clinical and progress notes, coordinate services.
  • Counsel clients and families on nursing needs.
  • Monitor and record vital signs.
  • Administer prescribed medications.
  • Monitor IV infusions and therapies.
  • Provide care for patients with various conditions.
  • Deliver nursing care to newborns and mothers.

  • Preparesclinicalandprogressnotes,coordinatesservices,workasliaisonbetweentreatingphysicianand other personnel of changes in the client's condition and familymembers.
  • Counselstheclientsandfamilyinmeetingnursingandrelatedneeds,participatesinin-serviceprograms, and supervises and teaches other nursingpersonnel.
  • Monitoring and recording vital signs and reporting to the treating physicians for the abnormalvalues
  • Administering prescribedmedications
  • Monitoring intravenous infusions and parenteraltherapies
  • Caring of clients with Tracheostomy, gastrostomy andcolostomy
  • Carryingoutnursingcareto clientswithPacemaker, peritonealdialysis,andclientsonventilator
  • DeliveringNursingcareofclientswithhemiplegic,paraplegic,Bellspalsy,cerebralpalsy,terminallyill,and elderlyetc.
  • Caring new born, pre and post-partummothers
  • Caringofclientswithphysicallychallengedandthosewhoneedspecialcareathomeor attheireducational facility
  • Deliveringsimpleexercises,helpinginambulationandaccompanyingclientstosocialgathering,hospitals, other treatment facilities and outdoors
  • Reporting and recording of medical events, procedures and other medicalparameters
  • Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, and problems in order to rep ort and discuss observations with a supervisor or case manager, or MedicalDoctor.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL PREFERRED

Education · Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing in home country · Critical care qualification

· Active Basic Life Support training · Pediatric qualification (for pediatrics RN)

· ACLS (for adult patients)

· PALS (for pediatric patients)

· Teaching and assessing

Experience · 2 to 5 Years working experience as RN

Certification and Licensure · Current valid registration in country of training and/or country of last employment

· Eligible for DOH / DHA / MOH licensing
