LanceSoft Middle East is seeking qualified Registered DOH Nurses to join a homecare facility in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care in a homecare setting while ensuring DOH compliance and professional patient care standards.

The ideal candidate will have a DOH license (or DHA/MOH eligibility) and relevant nursing registration, with strong clinical assessment and communication skills. A 12-hour day shift, five days per week, is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Valid DOH License to practice as a Registered Nurse in Abu Dhabi.
  • DHA or MOH Eligibility Letter holders are eligible to apply.
  • Valid nursing registration in the home country.
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a homecare environment.
  • Assess patients' health conditions and monitor vital signs regularly.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain individualized patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication usage, and preventive healthcare practices.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, infection control protocols, and healthcare standards.
  • Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
