Job summary

Nord Anglia Education is seeking a Regional Digital Website, SEO & CRO Freelancer to join our Middle East Regional Office in Dubai. You will update and improve school websites across the region, applying CMS updates, SEO enhancements and CRO tests to optimise parent journeys and generate quality enquiries.

Reporting to the Regional Head of Digital, you will publish pages in Sitecore or other CMS, review mobile/desktop accessibility, monitor SEO metrics, and track CRO changes while coordinating

Qualifications

• Around 3 years hands-on experience in website content management, SEO or website optimisation (agency or in‑house).
• Practical experience with a CMS (Sitecore desirable).
• Working knowledge of on‑page SEO, Google Search Console and GA4.
• Basic understanding of CRO, landing pages, website forms and user experience.
• Comfortable testing changes and interpreting simple website KPIs.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work across cultures and meet agreed deadlines.
• Experience in education or service‑sector marketing (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Publish and update school website pages, landing pages, forms and CTAs in Sitecore or the relevant CMS.
• Check pages on mobile and desktop for accuracy, accessibility basics and brand consistency.
• Implement on-page SEO improvements (titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, alt text).
• Support keyword mapping, content refreshes, redirects and technical SEO fixes.
• Review Search Console and SEO monitoring outputs to flag issues and opportunities.
• Review parent journeys, enquiry forms and CTAs, and implement approved CRO tests.
• Test forms, thank-you pages and tracking with the analytics team.
• Keep a tracker of website, SEO and CRO changes and share updates with regional and school teams.
