Job summary

Nord Anglia Education in Dubai is seeking a Regional Digital Website, SEO & CRO Freelancer to support our Middle East offices. You will update school websites, implement SEO and CRO changes, and help improve the parent enquiry journey.

Working with the Regional Head of Digital, you will perform CMS updates in Sitecore or other CMS, review pages for accessibility and brand consistency, monitor SEO metrics, and share updates with regional teams.

Qualifications

3 years’ hands-on experience in website content management, SEO or website optimisation.
Experience with a CMS (Sitecore desirable).
Working knowledge of on-page SEO, Google Search Console and GA4.
Understanding of CRO, landing pages, website forms and user experience.

Responsibilities

Publish and update school website pages, landing pages, forms and calls to action in Sitecore or the relevant CMS.
Check pages on mobile and desktop for accuracy, accessibility basics and brand consistency.
Implement on-page SEO improvements, including titles, descriptions, headings, internal links and alt text.
Support keyword mapping, content refreshes, redirects and technical SEO fixes.
Review Search Console and SEO monitoring outputs to flag issues and opportunities.
Review parent journeys, enquiry forms and CTAs, and implement approved CRO tests.
Testing forms, thank-you pages and tracking with the analytics team.
Keeping a tracker of website, SEO and CRO changes and sharing updates with regional and school teams.
