Job summary

Viega Holding GmbH & Co. KG in Dubai seeks a Manager – Technical & Training Consultant to build regional technical capability and product expertise.

The role involves traveling across the Middle East, India, and APAC to engage customers, consultants, and channel partners through technical presentations and structured training programs. The candidate should have strong public speaking skills, a passion for training, and relevant plumbing industry experience.

Qualifications

Engineering degree; 6–8 years in technical training or capability building.
Experience in plumbing, piping systems, or building materials preferred.
Excellent presentation and communication skills; willing to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

Design and execute structured training programs for sales teams, plumbers, contractors, and consultants.
Develop training modules, presentations, videos, and product manuals.
Organize plumbers meets, workshops, and certification programs.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance and support sales with technical presentations.
Track training effectiveness and maintain a database of trained personnel.
