Job summary

Applicants should have proven leadership experience, deep plumbing knowledge, the ability to read blueprints, and strong communication skills to coordinate with contractors and engineers. This role includes training staff and maintaining inventory and permits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plumber Supervisor or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance and repair.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Strong communication skills with project stakeholders.
• Physical strength and stamina for manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of plumbers on diverse projects.
• Review project plans to determine materials and labor.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers and other trades.
• Inspect progress to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide solutions.
• Train new employees on techniques and safety.
