Job summary

China State Construction Middle East is recruiting a Plumbing Engineer for a large-scale project in Dubai. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in plumbing and related systems.

Responsibilities include ensuring works align with approved shop drawings, coordinating with project personnel, inspecting and testing Fire Fighting Plumbing Drainage installations, and verifying drawings for compliance with specifications and local authority

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in mechanical/plumbing

Responsibilities

• Ensure Plumbing Drainage Fire Fighting works carried out is as per approved shop drawing and within the time and progress of the approved construction program
• Ensure installation inspection and testing of all the Fire Fighting Plumbing Drainage equipment fittings and works implemented meets the specification and the consultant requirements
• Verify the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance to the specification consultant's design and local authority standards
• Review consultant's design and specification; coordinate with other project personnel to meet deadlines and requirements
