Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Tax Compliance Coordination Analyst to join a regional finance team based in Dubai. You will coordinate tax compliance activities across multiple entities, manage calendars, deadlines and documentation, and report accurately to senior finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience within accounting, finance operations, financial reporting or tax compliance.
• Experience working in a multinational or multi-entity environment would be advantageous.
• Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial records and documentation.
• Exposure to VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax or compliance reporting is beneficial.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy under pressure.
• Clear communication skills and confidence working with teams across different locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recurring tax compliance activities across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Maintain and monitor tax compliance calendars, ensuring filings, payments and reporting deadlines are met.
• Track outstanding deliverables and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Review tax calculations, supporting schedules and compliance documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Consolidate compliance updates, open actions and key exceptions for management reporting.
• Act as a central point of contact between the Dubai head office, regional tax teams and local finance functions.
• Coordinate requests, updates, templates and reporting requirements across different countries and business units.
• Monitor the status of tax-related actions and ensure issues are escalated when required.
• Support the consistent application of tax processes, policies and reporting standards across the business.
• Collect and consolidate financial and tax information from teams across multiple locations.
• Maintain organised records of tax returns, payment confirmations, calculations and supporting documents.
• Ensure tax documentation is complete, accessible and audit-ready at all times.
• Support requests from auditors, tax authorities and external advisors by coordinating required information.
• Implement standard templates, filing procedures and documentation controls across entities.
• Monitor compliance workflows and identify areas for process improvement.
• Assist with data collection and reporting related to transfer pricing and intercompany activities.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving reporting quality, centralising processes and increasing operational efficiency.
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks and data quality issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Work closely with finance and accounting teams to improve coordination and reporting accuracy.
