Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Tax Manager to lead planning, compliance, and advisory services across UAE and GCC markets. You will oversee direct and indirect tax returns, monitor regulatory changes, and coordinate with the tax and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate has 7–12 years of GCC tax experience, strong UAE VAT, transfer pricing, and international tax knowledge, with demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to finance leadership at Tanqeeb.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years GCC tax experience
• Strong UAE VAT and transfer pricing knowledge
• Leadership experience in a tax/finance team
• Ability to manage multiple tax engagements simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with UAE laws and regulations within timeframe.
• Build relationships with clients to provide planning, consulting and expertise.
• Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
• Ensure timely and accurate direct and indirect tax returns in UAE and GCC.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in tax procedures.
• Provide strategic tax advisory to optimize tax efficiency while ensuring compliance.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the business.
