Job summary

Gushcloud International in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior leader to scale its UAE roster, deepen creator careers and drive commercial yield. You will own the exclusive roster, manage top talent and families, and build the systems to grow the agency and its earnings across brands, media partners and campaigns.

You will negotiate deals, oversee P&L and lead a team of Talent Managers to deliver ongoing multi-year programs while ensuring UAE compliance and regional relevance.

Qualifications

• Must currently manage your own exclusive roster of UAE or GCC creators under signed agreements.
• Proven track record of growing commercial earnings across macro and mid-tier talent.
• Direct experience owning revenue targets or a P&L for a talent agency.
• Strong network among UAE and GCC brands, media agencies, platforms and creators.
• Fluent in English; Arabic strongly preferred; UAE-based or willing to relocate to Dubai/Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Own the exclusive roster with career strategy, positioning and long-term growth for each creator.
• Be the senior point of contact for top-tier talent and manage escalations and sensitive matters.
• Protect talent wellbeing and reputation; handle crisis and issues management when needed.
• Grow audiences and engagement through platform strategy, formats, collaborations and data insights.
• Lead commercialization: pricing, deals, exclusivity and multi-year ambassadorships.
• Build processes for deal flow, deal briefs, approvals, delivery and payouts.
