Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related field.
• 5–10+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong network within Abu Dhabi and UAE market.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business-growth strategies.
• Achieve revenue, sales and performance targets.
• Lead, motivate and evaluate the sales team.
• Acquire new clients, brands, corporate accounts and advertising agencies.
• Build relationships with Marketing Managers, Brand Managers and key decision-makers.
• Develop tailored media proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close profitable deals.
• Coordinate campaign execution with Creative, Marketing, Operations and Finance teams.
