Job summary

Tanqeeb, a UAE-based influencer marketing and talent management agency, seeks an experienced senior leader to scale the roster and revenue across the GCC. You will own the exclusive roster, drive partnerships, and build the systems and team to grow the agency to the next stage.

You will lead talent strategy, negotiate multi-year deals, and oversee P&L while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and brand safety. The role offers senior leadership ownership and regional travel.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years in talent management, influencer marketing, entertainment or media.
• Experience leading a talent or partnerships team for at least 3 years.
• Proven record of growing exclusive creators' or celebrities' earnings.
• Direct experience owning revenue targets or a P&L.

Responsibilities

• Roster management and talent development: own the exclusive roster and long-term growth plans.
• Commercial growth and brand partnerships: lead pricing, negotiate fees, and drive multi-brand deals.
• Bringing and integrating your roster: merge current roster with new agency management.
• Roster strategy and signing: renewals, re-negotiations, and signing new exclusive talent.
• Compliance and contracts: ensure UAE rules, permits, IP terms, and legal oversight.
• Team leadership and operations: hire, lead, and develop Talent Managers and Executives; build processes.
