Job summary

Doka Gulf in Dubai seeks a Supply Chain & Operations Manager to lead UAE and Oman operations from its Dubai hub. The role combines demand planning, inventory optimization, and logistics management across a large facility with a rental model and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, manage a diverse team, and work closely with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Commercial units to align supply chain with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or operations leadership.
• Experience leading teams and implementing operational improvements.
• Exposure to warehouse, yard, or distribution operations.
• Experience in construction/industrial equipment rental or related industry preferred.
• Strong ERP, Excel, and Power BI skills.
• Excellent English communication and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning and forecasting for UAE and Oman, own inventory management and safety stock optimization.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating material flows between local inventory, regional hubs, and Group supply sources.
• Lead and develop the Warehouse/Yard Manager and operational teams, driving continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives, and monitor KPIs across inventory, logistics, warehouse productivity, and safety.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Commercial, and Finance teams, and support budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning across the supply chain and operations function.
