Job summary

Doka Gulf in Dubai seeks a driven Supply Chain & Operations Manager to shape and optimize supply chain and operational performance across the UAE and Oman.

You will lead demand planning, inventory, logistics and warehouse operations, driving efficiency, collaboration and process excellence across the business. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategic initiatives and improve performance within the Doka UAE & Oman team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of supply chain/operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading demand planning, inventory management and logistics.
• Exposure to warehouse/yard operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning and forecasting for UAE and Oman.
• Own inventory management, safety stock optimization and inventory health.
• Reduce slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics.
• Coordinate material flows between local inventory, regional hubs and Group supply sources.
• Oversee warehouse and yard operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, return and reconditioning.
• Lead and develop the Warehouse/Yard Manager and operational teams.
• Lead continuous improvement, automation and digitalization initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs relating to inventory, logistics, warehouse productivity and safety.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and investment planning.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Commercial and Finance teams.
