Doka Gulf is seeking a Supply Chain & Operations Manager to shape and optimize our supply chain and operational performance across the UAE and Oman. You will lead demand planning, inventory management, logistics and warehouse operations while driving efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
- Minimum 10 years in supply chain/logistics/ops leadership.
- Experience leading teams and driving improvements.
- Experience in warehouse/yard operations.
- Experience in construction formwork or related industries preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead demand planning and forecasting for UAE and Oman.
- Own inventory management and stock optimization.
- Reduce slow-moving inventory.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics.
- Coordinate material flows between local inventory, regional hubs and Group supply sources.
- Oversee warehouse and yard operations.
- Lead and develop the Warehouse/Yard Manager and operational teams.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation and digitalization initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs for inventory, logistics, warehouse productivity and safety.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and investment planning.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Commercial and Finance teams.
