Job summary

Easy And Fast To Upload Your CV is seeking an experienced Operations Manager based in Dubai to lead end-to-end food supply chain performance across Middle East markets. You will drive sourcing, production planning, inventory, warehousing and distribution with a strong focus on cost control and service levels.

The role requires hands-on leadership in regional distribution, multi-country operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance with GCC standards and local municipality rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum significant experience in operations/supply chain in FMCG or Food Service sectors.
• Experience managing regional Middle East supply chains is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regional regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations across sourcing, production planning, inventory management, warehousing and distribution.
• Design and manage efficient supply chain flows across Middle East markets including imports/exports and in-market distribution.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels balancing availability, freshness, and working capital.
• Lead demand planning and forecasting with sales and commercial teams.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, co-packers, logistics providers and distributors.
• Drive cost reduction, waste minimization and lead time improvements.
• Coordinate with QA/regulatory teams to maintain certifications and compliance.
• Establish SOPs and performance standards across operations.
• Act as operational lead for regional partners and market entries.
