Job summary

Midea Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and optimize after-sales service across the MME region from Dubai, ensuring high customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. You will drive the service network, KPI governance, and coordination with ASPs, Call Centers, factories, and the Head Office.

The role requires 8+ years in after-sales with leadership experience, strong SAP/ERP knowledge, and travel across the MME region. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in after-sales service with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience in consumer durables, home appliances, HVAC, or consumer electronics preferred.
• Experience managing distributors, ASPs, and Call Centers preferred.
• Strong knowledge of after-sales service operations, warranties, and service KPI.
• Willingness to travel across MME Region.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee service levels and operational standards.
• Plan, prioritize, and delegate work in the service department.
• Develop and optimize regional service network for market coverage.
• Manage ASPs and Call Center performance and evaluations.
• Negotiate and manage service vendors for quality and cost efficiency.
• Ensure resources, tools, and documentation support operations.
• Provide training to improve technician capability and service quality.
• Handle complex complaints and escalations with timely resolution.
• Monitor service KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Product Divisions for quality feedback and product improvements.
• Ensure spare parts availability with Supply Chain and partners.
• Monitor warranty costs and service expenses for profitability.
• Prepare regular service performance reports for management.
