Job summary

Parker Connect seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives in the retail, digital signage, and OOH advertising sector in the UAE. The role focuses on expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

You will manage key accounts, lead a high-performing sales team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while achieving ambitious targets in UAE/GCC markets.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years B2B sales experience with 5+ years in senior leadership in signage, OOH advertising, or media.
• Experience in UAE/GCC markets and building strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Drive penetration into untapped markets and premium advertising locations.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
