You will manage relationships, analyze market trends, and coordinate with logistics and marketing to ensure top-tier service and revenue expansion. In this position you will negotiate terms, monitor delivery, and provide feedback to product teams

Qualifications

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HORECA sector (hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies).
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and market penetration.
• Actively promote the company’s food products to key decision-makers in the hospitality industry.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HORECA clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide personalized solutions to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with their requirements.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the UAE HORECA sector.
• Use insights to recommend new products or services that address market gaps.
• Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with clients to secure profitable agreements while maintaining long-term partnerships.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any service-related issues.
• Coordinate with the logistics, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to the product development team to adapt to customer demands and preferences.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the company’s growth in the HORECA sector.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.
