Job summary

Wood, a global leader in engineering and projects for the energy sector, seeks a Regional Quality Manager in Abu Dhabi. You will deploy quality strategy, governance, resources and systems regionally, driving assurance, risk management and continuous improvement to boost performance, customer satisfaction and outcomes.

You will lead the regional quality organisation, partner with technical governance, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001.

Qualifications

• Lead Auditor qualification by recognised industry body (essential)
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems
• Experience with quality governance, assurance and regional leadership
• Proven ability to manage regional quality teams and budgets

Responsibilities

• Lead regional quality strategy & governance deployment
• Ensure quality systems deployment (e.g., BMS, ATRAC, ISO 9001)
• Develop and manage regional quality resources, recruitment & performance
• Support tenders, project start-up, and risk-based quality plans
• Drive continuous improvement using lean tools and data-driven insights
• Engage clients, regulators and certification bodies on quality outcomes
