Job summary

HID Global is seeking a Regional Product Marketing Manager for Physical Access Control Solutions (PACS) readers in Dubai. You will shape the product strategy, own the roadmap, and align market requirements with pricing and launches across global markets.

You will collaborate with product management, cloud services, and sales to ensure successful positioning and performance. The role requires experience in physical security, access control, and SAFe-driven teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline
• 5+ years product marketing or product management experience
• Experience launching products globally
• Strong expertise in physical security
• Understanding of access control systems
• Experience operating in a product development team using SAFe for Lean Enterprises

Responsibilities

• Implement product strategy for HID Global’s PACS readers
• Define market requirements and own the product roadmap
• Act as voice of customer to product management and orgs
• Analyze needs and trends from end users and channels
• Educate org on reader products and market knowledge
• Define pricing strategy and drive launches
• Develop product data for promotions across channels
• Execute reader product launch programs with assets and pricing
