Job summary

GRG International Pty Ltd in the United Arab Emirates seeks a seasoned Procurement Manager to lead regional buying, logistics strategy, and supplier governance across fast-paced project lifecycles.

You will negotiate contracts with international vendors, map cash requirements, manage cross-border imports, and drive ISO compliance while coordinating GCC sourcing in Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Experience with ERP environments, Excel, and Power BI reporting is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement leadership within contracting/SI/ELV environments.
• CIPS certification strongly preferred.
• Experience managing regional supply routes, UAE/GCC markets.

Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and formalize trade contracts and agreements with vendors.
• Lead purchasing across projects and coordinate supplier disbursements with client milestones.
• Advise on RFP cost models and procurement pricing risks.
• Oversee port handling, customs, and logistics aligned with on-site deployment.
