Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3-5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing/trading/equipment sectors.
• Knowledge of international sourcing and import procedures.
• Strong negotiation, Excel, and vendor management skills; ERP experience is a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement from vendor sourcing and quotation evaluation to PO issuance and delivery tracking.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and lead times with suppliers.
• Coordinate import documentation and work closely with logistics, warehouse, and finance for smooth operations.
• Monitor procurement budgets, maintain purchase records, and track supplier performance.
• Support the P2P cycle, including invoice verification and reconciliation.
