Job summary

GRG International Pty Ltd in Dubai, UAE is seeking a proactive Supply Chain & Imports Coordinator to support operations in Saudi Arabia. The role covers end-to-end procurement, inventory control, vendor management, and logistics coordination across food and non-food categories.

You will work with 3PL partners, ensure customs clearance, manage POs, forecasts, and inventory replenishment while complying with SFDA, SABER, and IRS requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, imports, logistics, or warehousing coordination.
• Experience in food, beverage, FMCG, or related sectors.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality IRS and Saudi import regulations (SFDA & SABER) is a plus.
• Strong experience coordinating with 3PLs and freight forwarders.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day supply chain operations across procurement, logistics and distribution for food and non-food categories.
• Work with 3PL partners to ensure smooth inbound/outbound operations, customs clearance and on-time delivery to stores.
• Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders and vendor documentation per procurement policies.
• Monitor demand forecasts and support inventory planning and replenishment to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries, price updates and issue resolution.
• Conduct periodic warehouse and inventory audits ensuring FIFO/FEFO compliance.
