Job summary

Sephora Middle East is seeking an Events and Experience Manager to oversee, implement, and measure all regional Sephora events and experiential moments. You will liaise with internal teams, agencies, brands and external entities to ensure successful execution and post-event analysis.

The role requires Arabic and English fluency, 5+ years in PR/events (agency or client side), and a willingness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in PR/Events either agency or client side
Managerial experience preferred
Experience in a media, beauty, or retail environment is a plus
Willingness to travel in the region
Proven ability to coordinate and manage PR campaigns across channels

Responsibilities

Define, plan and execute full year events and experiences calendar
Align activities to business objectives and key moments
Manage all aspects of events including pre-production logistics and onsite execution
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
Ensure permits and regulatory compliance with authorities
Oversee budgeting, due diligence and supplier selection
Lead contract negotiations with procurement and legal
Create production timelines and manage project planning
Provide post-event analysis and reporting for improvement
Identify opportunities for event sponsorships and activations
