5 Star Recruitment is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth in the UAE phosphonates market. You will manage key client relationships, lead negotiations, and coordinate with marketing and technical teams to align strategies with business objectives.

You will monitor market trends, target growth, and strive to exceed annual sales targets, with a commission potential of 25% on opportunities ranging from $60k to $75k in value.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering (BSc/BTech Chemical or equivalent).
• Min 7 years relevant experience.
• Must have TSBD and sales exposure in chemicals/specialty chemicals (hunting role).
• Min 7–8 years in product knowledge for listed lines: phosphonates, biocides, polymers.

Mansioni

• Drive and develop sales of phosphonates (3 product variants) in UAE.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Lead negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, and technical) to align sales strategies with business objectives.
• Achieve and exceed annual sales targets, managing a pipeline of opportunities in the range of $60-75K with a commission potential of 25%.
