Job summary

Bybit is seeking a P2P Regional Expert to own regional growth strategy and day-to-day operations across Southeast Asia and other regions as needed. You will lead a small team of regional Business Development specialists and collaborate with local teams to execute the global P2P strategy.

Reporting to the Global P2P Operations & COE Lead, you’ll manage regional growth targets, merchant ecosystem development, regional product rollouts, and cross-functional coordination with Product, Risk,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, business development, or product operations — ideally in crypto, fintech, tech., marketplaces, or adjacent sectors.
• 2+ years of proven experience leading or coordinating small teams.
• Hands-on experience operating across multiple countries or markets.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, project management best practices, and structured execution.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinking and analytical mindset: comfortable with dashboards, data-driven decision-making, and translating numbers into strategy and actions.
• Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a strong plus.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day P2P business performance across SEA markets and other assigned regions.
• Monitor regional OKR including transaction volume, competitiveness, disputes, and fraud patterns.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions to improve platform efficiency and user experience.
• Provide localised business insights to the P2P Ops Lead, own regional strategy and contribute to product roadmap.
