A leading crypto exchange in Dubai is looking for an experienced Overseas Operations Manager (P2P) to drive growth and operational excellence in key markets. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in platform operations with a strong preference for crypto knowledge and at least 2-3 years dedicated to P2P operations. Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform operations, with a strong preference for crypto/Web3 experience.
• 2-3 years of hands-on P2P operations experience in overseas markets.
• Strong understanding of P2P liquidity dynamics and regional payment systems.

• Design and optimize advertiser onboarding and engagement.
• Monitor core P2P KPIs and conduct data analysis.
