Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in platform operations; crypto/Web3 experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of hands-on P2P operations experience in overseas markets.
• Experience at major exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional P2P expansion strategies.
• Monitor regional regulatory developments affecting P2P models.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on transaction workflows.
