Job summary

Montblanc is seeking a Regional Performance Manager for the MEIA region, based in Dubai, with responsibility for driving market growth and financial performance. The role reports to the President MEIA and involves extensive stakeholder management and travel across the region.

The candidate should bring a university degree, 5+ years in account or event management, and strong project management, budgeting, and communication skills. Luxury brand experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree; project management experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury or premium brands is advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic and French are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Budget and LE coordination for regional BU and phasing.
• Track market intelligence and network performance; benchmark vs. other brands.
• Prepare and present monthly/periodic reports to HQ and market heads.
• Manage Capex budgets, vendor masterdata and POS documentation in SAP.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement launches and initiatives.
• Travel within MEIA region as required.
