Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between headquarters and branches by regular visits and interaction with management.
Be in charge of operational practices to ensure branches meet revenues and sales estimates.
Coordinate with report and make recommendations to senior management to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
Ensure each branch delivers value and excellence to clients.
Cultivate and grow a strong team of district managers to maintain profit margins and implement a business plan.
Ensure projects are executed profitably and in compliance with standardized practices.
