Hyve Group is looking for a seasoned Business Development Director to lead the Shoptalk Luxe expansion across the GCC and broader Middle East. You will cultivate high-value sponsorships, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue while establishing a strong on-the-ground presence in the region.

You will engage with senior executives in retail technology, secure new sponsorships, and shape regional partnerships that scale with the event's growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience, ideally within tech events in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional growth for Shoptalk Luxe across the GCC and wider Middle East.
• Meet and exceed regional sales targets and close sponsorships.
• Develop relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers in retail tech.
• Manage CRM to track activity and forecast revenue.
• Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to deliver exceptional partner experiences.
