Job summary
Amazon Middle East and North Africa FZ-LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced FP&A Specialist to support regional Stores finance, perform monthly/quarterly closes, and deliver variance analyses. You will partner with Stores Finance, Operations, Payments, and Marketing to explain results and drive performance improvements.
The role emphasizes automation, AI, and standardized reporting to enable leadership with actionable financial insights across MENA, Türkiye, and South Africa.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in tax, finance, or related analytical field.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Business; or 5+ years in quantitative role.
- Experience applying financial KPI in analytical work and automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as FP&A contact for finance and business stakeholders across MENA, Türkiye, and South Africa.
- Analyze financial and operational performance for regional Consumer and Stores businesses.
- Provide financial insights to support planning and management decisions.
- Lead month-end and quarterly close activities with balance sheet oversight.
- Explain performance drivers and coordinate with stakeholders on closing adjustments.
- Drive AI-based automation and BI reporting improvements for finance processes.
