VINCI is seeking a seasoned Finance Leader to oversee financial activities across 17 business units in 9 Middle Eastern countries. You will support three business lines, manage complex project accounting and cash flow in construction, and drive digital transformation across taxation, audit, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 15+ years in finance and accounting management, incl. international tax, external audit, transfer pricing, treasury, and compliance.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-country financial reporting within an international group.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, audit processes, and group reporting standards.
• Advanced Excel, ERP systems, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Experience in digital finance transformation and reporting automation.
• Proven ability to lead multicultural finance teams across multiple countries.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
