Job summary

Soletanche Freyssinet in the United Arab Emirates seeks a seasoned Finance Leader to oversee regional finance across 17 business units in 9 countries. You will partner with 3 business lines, manage complex project accounting, and optimize cash flow in a construction context.

You will navigate regulatory, tax, banking, audit, and governance environments, ensuring IFRS compliance while driving digital finance transformation with ERP, Power BI, and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 15+ years in finance and accounting management with 5+ years in international taxation, external audit, transfer pricing, treasury, and compliance.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-country financial reporting in an international group.
• Strong IFRS knowledge, internal controls, audit processes, and group reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance across 17 BUs in 9 Middle Eastern countries.
• Support three business lines with diverse operating requirements.
• Manage project accounting and cash-flow in construction sector.
• Coordinate taxation, banking, compliance, audit, and reporting across jurisdictions.
• Lead and develop a multicultural, dispersed finance team.
