Job summary

VINCI Construction en France is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee activities across 17 business units in nine Middle Eastern countries. You will guide financial strategy, reporting, and compliance while partnering with operations across Freyssinet, Sixense, and Nuvia to optimize profitability and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of finance and accounting management experience.
• At least 5 years in international taxation, external audit, transfer pricing, treasury, and international compliance.
• Proven multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-country financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, audit processes, and group reporting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Experience in digital finance transformation and reporting automation.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multicultural finance teams across several countries.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial activities across 17 business units in 9 Middle Eastern countries.
• Support three business lines with diverse operational and commercial requirements.
• Manage complex project accounting and cash-flow considerations in construction.
• Coordinate taxation, banking, compliance, audit, and reporting across jurisdictions.
• Lead and develop a multicultural finance team (10–12 professionals).
• Oversee contract management, payment terms, guarantees, joint ventures, and collections.
• Deliver financial insights to support profitability, cash-flow optimization, risk management and strategy.
• Drive finance digitalization, reporting automation, and ERP/Power BI adoption.
