Job summary

VINCI invites a seasoned Finance Director to lead regional financial activities across 17 business units in 9 Middle Eastern countries. You will drive multi-entity reporting, IFRS compliance, and treasury functions while partnering with operations to optimize profitability and cash flow.

You will manage a dispersed finance team, coordinate cross-border taxation, audits, and contracts, and champion digital tools like Power BI and ERP systems to enhance reporting and decision making.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 15+ years in finance and accounting management.
• 5+ years in international taxation, external audit, transfer pricing, treasury, and international compliance.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-country reporting.
• Strong IFRS knowledge, internal controls, audits, and group reporting.

Role Complexity & Strategic Scope

You will lead the finance function across a diverse and complex regional environment covering 17 Business Units in 9 countries and three Business Lines: Freyssinet, Sixense, and Nuvia, representing approximately €50M in annual turnover.

Going beyond traditional financial management, you will navigate multiple regulatory, tax, banking, audit, and compliance environments while ensuring alignment with VINCI Group policies and governance standards.

As a trusted business partner to operational leaders, you will provide financial insight to support profitability, cash-flow optimization, risk management, and strategic decision-making.

You will lead a geographically dispersed Finance & Accounting team of 10–12 professionals and coordinate financial activities across multiple entities, currencies, and jurisdictions. You will also support business transformation initiatives, enhance financial reporting, and drive the adoption of digital tools including ERP systems, Salesforce, Power Query, and Power BI.

Profile & Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in finance and accounting management, including at least 5 years of significant exposure to international taxation, external audit, transfer pricing, treasury, and international compliance.
• Proven experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-country financial reporting within an international group.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, audit processes, and group reporting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Experience in digital finance transformation and reporting automation.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and coordinate multicultural finance teams across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience in the construction or engineering sector is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
