Job summary

Freyssinet is seeking a seasoned Finance leader to oversee regional finance across 17 business units in 9 countries within the Middle East. You will partner with three business lines (Freyssinet, Sixense, Nuvia) to drive profitability, cash flow, and governance while steering multi-entity reporting under IFRS.

You will lead a multicultural Finance & Accounting team, champion digital finance transformation, ERP, Power BI and reporting automation, and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in finance and accounting management, including at least 5 years of significant exposure to international taxation, external audit, transfer pricing, treasury, and international compliance.
• Proven experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-country financial reporting within an international group.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, audit processes, and group reporting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Experience in digital finance transformation and reporting automation.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and coordinate multicultural finance teams across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience in the construction or engineering sector is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance function across 17 BUs in 9 Middle Eastern countries.
• Support three Business Lines with diverse operational and commercial requirements.
• Oversee complex project accounting, cash-flow management, and international coordination.
• Coordinate taxation, banking, compliance, audit, and reporting across jurisdictions.
• Lead a multicultural Finance & Accounting team of 10–12 professionals.
• Oversee contract management, payment terms, guarantees, and joint ventures.
• Provide meaningful financial analysis and performance insights for management decisions.
• Drive digitalization, reporting automation, and finance process improvements.
