Job summary

VINCI in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Finance Leader to oversee financial activities across 17 business units in 9 Middle Eastern countries, supporting three business lines Freyssinet, Sixense, and Nuvia. You will manage complex project accounting, cash flow, international tax, audits, and compliance while driving digital finance transformation with ERP, Power Query, and Power BI.

Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in finance and accounting management, including at least 5 years of international taxation, external audit, transfer pricing, treasury, and international compliance.
• Experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-country financial reporting within an international group.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, audit processes, and group reporting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Experience leading, developing, and coordinating multicultural finance teams across multiple countries.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Role Complexity & Strategic Scope

You will lead the finance function across a diverse and complex regional environment covering 17 Business Units in 9 countries and three Business Lines: Freyssinet, Sixense, and Nuvia, representing approximately €50M in annual turnover.

Going beyond traditional financial management, you will navigate multiple regulatory, tax, banking, audit, and compliance environments while ensuring alignment with VINCI Group policies and governance standards.

As a trusted business partner to operational leaders, you will provide financial insight to support profitability, cash-flow optimization, risk management, and strategic decision-making.

You will lead a geographically dispersed Finance & Accounting team of 10-12 professionals and coordinate financial activities across multiple entities, currencies, and jurisdictions. You will also support business transformation initiatives, enhance financial reporting, and drive the adoption of digital tools including ERP systems, Salesforce, Power Query, and Power BI.

Profile & Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in finance and accounting management, including at least 5 years of significant exposure to international taxation, external audit, transfer pricing, treasury, and international compliance.
• Proven experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-country financial reporting within an international group.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, audit processes, and group reporting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Experience in digital finance transformation and reporting automation.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and coordinate multicultural finance teams across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience in the construction or engineering sector is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
