Job summary

InterSystems is seeking an experienced Facilities & Office Manager to lead facilities, workplace and office operations across the Middle East region. Based in Dubai, the role ensures the Dubai office provides a safe, professional and high-quality working environment while supporting regional offices as needed.

This hands-on role requires strong experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Operations and Office Management, including contracts, licences and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Facilities Management or Workplace Operations.
• Experience managing corporate office facilities, building operations, maintenance and service providers.
• Experience coordinating office moves, expansions, fit-outs and workplace projects.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, facilities compliance and building management.
• Experience supporting multiple offices or regional operations, preferably UAE/Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities and workplace operations for InterSystems offices across the Middle East.
• Ensure offices provide a safe, functional, professional and high-quality working environment.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance; coordinate with landlords and service providers.
• Manage licences, insurance, renewals and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate office moves, expansions, fit-outs and project timelines.
