Job summary

Amazon UAE is seeking an Environmental Compliance Program Manager for Quick Commerce to lead cross-country environmental programs across the MEA region. Based in Dubai, you will drive compliance with waste, air, stormwater, and permits, coordinating with Operations, Legal, and external consultants.

You will oversee sites in UAE and neighboring markets, ensure regulatory readiness, and report on environmental performance to regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6+ years in environmental program roles.
• Proven ability to develop, implement and manage cross-site compliance programs.
• Strong knowledge of waste, water, air, permits and regulatory inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance activities for Quick Commerce and 3PL facilities across MEA region.
• Develop and implement country-specific environmental programs for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, South Africa and Turkey.
• Coordinate with Operations, Legal, Procurement and Country Environmental Managers for regulatory alignment.
• Oversee environmental performance reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Manage environmental consultants and third-party service providers.
