Amazon seeks an experienced Environmental Professional to lead environmental compliance for Quick Commerce (QC) and 3P logistics facilities across UAE, KSA, Egypt, South Africa and Turkey. You will own programs for air, wastewater and waste, and collaborate with Operations and support functions to implement regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to drive programs through a multi-region portfolio in a fast-paced environment,

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple competing priorities across programs.
• Experience developing and implementing environmental compliance programs including waste, water, and air regulations.
• Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 6+ years of experience serving as an environment manager, program specialist, or program manager.
• Experience developing and managing environmental programs for air, waste, and water.
• Experience rolling out a compliance program across a multi-site portfolio and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing environmental permits and licenses, including application, renewal and regulatory inspection response.

Responsabilités

• Support environmental compliance programs for QC and 3P facilities across MEA.
• Embed environmental requirements in contracts and service agreements.
• Collaborate with Operations, WHS, Legal, Engineering, and other teams to remove barriers and secure senior-level commitment.
• Identify and renew permits, licenses, and reporting obligations across five countries.
• Conduct site assessments and inspections to verify program adoption and close gaps.
• Roll out standardized programs and training across the portfolio.
• Prepare environmental business review reports and support regulatory interactions.
