Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years in finance with a focus on credit management.
• Proven experience managing credit risk and collections in complex organizations.
• Strong client-facing and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership of finance teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex and high‑risk credit and collection issues.
• Engage with key clients to resolve overdue payments and disputes, negotiating repayment plans.
• Build and maintain client relationships to support timely payments and collaboration.
• Develop and enforce regional credit control policies aligned with company standards.
• Assess and approve credit terms for new and existing clients within risk guidelines.
• Monitor accounts receivable and proactively identify potential credit risks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the regional credit control team to meet targets.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve billing disputes and agree action plans.
• Oversee collection of outstanding invoices to support cash flow.
• Prepare reports on aged debt, collection performance, and cash flow forecasts.
• Lead weekly cash reporting calls and consolidate regional cash forecasts.
