Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Regional Credit Manager to lead our credit and collections efforts within the Finance team in the UAE. The role requires hands-on engagement with clients to resolve payment issues, manage AR, and ensure cash flow health across regions.

You will develop credit control policies, assess terms, mentor the credit team, and collaborate with operations to resolve disputes while reporting to the Director of FP&A. This is a full-time, onsite role in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Experience within working capital / credit management is required.
• 8–10 years experience within finance with a focus on credit management.

Responsibilities

• Personally visit key clients to discuss overdue payments and strengthen relationships.
• Act as primary contact for escalated credit issues ensuring timely resolutions.
• Develop and enforce credit control policies tailored to the company’s needs.
• Assess and approve credit terms for new and existing clients.
• Monitor accounts receivable to identify potential risks.
