Job summary

Philips in Dubai and Singapore seeks a Regional Category Leader, RI Growth to drive go-to-market for Radiology Informatics and Advanced Visualization across Growth Region. You will shape regional growth strategies, engage strategic customers, and accelerate opportunities alongside sales teams.

The role requires 10+ years in healthcare IT sales/business development, strong stakeholder management, and experience with RIS/PACS and enterprise imaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or related majors.
• 10+ years of experience in business development or sales in Healthcare IT, Medical Software, Radiology Informatics, RIS, PACS, and Enterprise Imaging.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management (C-suite level), KPI monitoring and reporting, and commercial acumen.
• Experience developing multi-country go-to-market strategies and influencing senior clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional growth and GTM strategies for RI & AVI portfolios across Growth Region.
• Drive strategic customer engagements and support complex commercial opportunities.
• Lead adoption and commercialization of AI-enabled imaging solutions.
• Manage regional funnel performance, risks, and growth opportunities; enable sales with value propositions and competitive positioning.
