Job summary

Cartier is seeking a Regional Business Analyst in Dubai to coordinate sales planning and analysis for MEIAT, support consolidation, budgeting, and monthly close. You will deliver accurate reporting and insights to guide commercial decisions.

You will consolidate CAPEX, FTE, and A&P data, prepare dashboards in Looker, and collaborate with regional and HQ teams to ensure timely submissions and high-quality analysis.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in business or financial analysis.
• A Master’s degree from a business or engineering school.
• Strong financial acumen and an understanding of financial reporting principles.
• Excellent Excel skills and advanced knowledge of reporting or modelling tools such as Looker.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear business insights.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to navigate complexity in an international environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate regional sales data and produce timely reporting and commentary.
• Coordinate with local and central teams to submit Sales Plan inputs.
• Develop dynamic dashboards to monitor sales performance using Looker.
• Support regional consolidation of CAPEX, FTE, and A&P expenses.
• Assist FP&A Controller with monthly closings and LE templates.
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, HR, Marketing, and Operations teams.
