Job summary

Aspen Holdings in Dubai is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to support regional FP&A activities—delivering accurate budgeting, forecasting and reporting while partnering with regional finance and commercial teams to drive profitable growth.

You will develop Power BI dashboards and analytical tools, monitor performance against plan, explain variances and provide insights that support sound decision-making across the EME region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field required.
• ACCA/CIMA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
• 4-5 years in Commercial finance, financial controlling or FP&A, with pharma/healthcare or FMCG preferred.
• 4-5 years in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and OPEX/SG&A control.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis of revenue, costs, margins and profitability to support regional decisions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and sales planning with regional teams.
• Prepare management reports and explain variances against budget.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and financial reports.
• Monitor OPEX and SG&A, identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate audits and collaborate with Shared Services to ensure timely finance processes.
• Own consolidation, validation, and integrity of financial data across regional entities.
• Partner with country/cluster finance, commercial, and cross-functional teams to guide decisions.
• Ensure compliance with finance policies and drive process improvements.
• Support finance projects and ad hoc analyses aligned to regional objectives.
