Job summary

You will lead the branch and report regional branches to maximize new business opportunities and deepen existing relationships while ensuring quality service delivery aligned with Islamic Sharia requirements and strong risk controls.

Key accountabilities include acquiring new business, managing service delivery, overseeing operations, mentoring staff, and regional branch profitability within governance standards.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of ADIBs Retail Credit & Operational Policies & Procedures.
• Specific Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks.
• Thorough knowledge of Central Bank of UAE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outreach, in-branch visits, and open-door strategy.
• Monitor service delivery, ensure customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.
• Supervise operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Mentor and manage branch staff, coach and develop performance.
• Manage branches within a region for profitability and governance.
